So at long last, I found a buyer for my beloved and beautiful Voigtländer 35mm 1.4 Nokton Classic. It was a cherished lens, but performed much better on the crop sensor than the full, and the hours of correcting vignetting and distortion began to keep me from living life. It was also too expensive to hang onto at less than perfection, so with a heavy heart, I packed it back in its box and sent it to a new happy home.
But enter the FE Carl Zeiss 35mm 2.8. Slower, yes, but infinitely sharper, with better colors and much better bokeh. I haven't had the chance to put it to real-world use, but I took it out yesterday in the poor light just to get some samples. Been a long time since I last used an Autofocus lens, but it should help out some upcoming projects!
